Returns/Exchanges:We do not accept returns, every creation is made to order! Although we will gladly help with any issues. No exchanges can be made as all sizes are shown with each product!

INCOMPLETE ADDRESS ON ORDER: If your order has an incomplete address and is sent back to us there will be a fee of $10-20 to resend the package. We will contact you once the package gets to us if you haven’t already contacted us about the issue. If no response within 3-5 business days then the package will not be sent back! Please make sure and enter the correct address when ordering!

Canceling An Order: No Cancellations are allowed your order has already been processed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
