PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS 
1. PREHEAT GARMET FOR 5-10 SECONDS 
2. ALIGN PRINT AND PRESS AT 310F FOR 10 SECONDS
3. LET COOL AND PEEL CLEAR FILM 
4. PRESS AGAIN FOR 10 SECONDS (MAKE SURE TO USE A PROTECTIVE BARRIER LIKE A TEFLON SHEET)
